The Adventures of the Minis is an inspiring and heartwarming children's picture book series born from the extraordinary life journey of its creator, Sam Jr., a naturalized US citizen who fled his home country in 1996 amidst a devastating 15-year civil war. Surviving a shipwreck while fleeing as a refugee, Sam's harrowing experiences fueled his desire to create a unique and impactful series for children. In 2013, during his last year in college, Sam Jr. designed a special character that would become the lead character in his unpublished picture book series. Little did he know that this character would spark the inception of Mini Bauble Kids, co-founded by Sam Jr. and his wife, Eunice. They envisioned creating characters that were not only unique but also attractive, appealing, and utterly different from anything seen before. Utilizing their natural talents and design skills, Sam Jr. and Eunice conceptualized the Animalheadz™ brand and the Minis brand, both of which have garnered international love and admiration from both kids and parents alike. The characters' designs and versatility were so striking that they transcended being merely children's toys; they became ideal for home decorations as well. The Animalheadz™ Characters Collection, under the Animalheadz™ brand, features plush toys with slim bodies and huge heads, each representing an animal in the animal kingdom.
